At Lefevre Litigation, our team of fully qualified solicitors have a wealth of experience in all aspects of criminal law and litigation. As one of Aberdeen's leading criminal defence firms, Gregor Kelly and Lynne Freeland pride themselves on helping individuals with a whole range of criminal legal issues.

Gregor Kelly has 20 years' experience in providing criminal legal assistance to a primarily white collar client base. Joining the practice in 1992, Gregor became a partner in 1999 and senior partner in 2009. Assisting clients in a wide range of cases, Gregor has vast experience in conducting both Summary and Jury trials and instructing High Court defences.

Lynne Freeland has over 10 years' experience in providing specialised criminal legal assistance to both legal aid and white collar client bases. Lynne specialises in High Court and Jury trial preparation work, with vast experience in Sheriff Court cases.
