Lefevre Litigation, Queen’s Cross, Aberdeen is delighted to announce that Liam Mcallister has been assumed as an equity Partner with effect from 1 July 2018.

Gregor Kelly, Senior Partner said “Having shown a keen interest in our firm as a student at Aberdeen University ,and great promise when we offered Liam a traineeship, he has now realised his potential and matured into an excellent Criminal Defence Lawyer. He is personable and knowledgeable and extremely caring with clients, as one would expect from the son of the now retired Criminal Justice Social Worker, Anne Mcallister. He has an infectious enthusiasm for the difficult work we undertake and has an all embracing attitude, whether appearing in the Justice of the Peace Court or conducting challenging Jury Trials. Liam has just reward for the commitment he has put into Lefevre Litigation and will be a pivotal figure in our continued success.”.

Liam has just retired after two years as Aberdeen Bar Association President, he served the interests of Aberdeen court lawyers admirably, high points including addressing the Criminal Justice Committee at Holyrood, the hosting “The Making of a Murderer” by Jerome Buting in Aberdeen and hosting two memorable Aberdeen Bar Association Dinners.
